A COMPLETE HOUSEHOLD WORKFLOW

From “check this”
to a preserved history.

01

Record only what you need.

Use nicknames, a document type, issuer label and expiry. Optional last four characters help distinguish records. Keep full numbers and scans outside the app.

02

Check the original.

Mark when you compared the details yourself. Unconfirmed records stay clearly labeled. Corrections leave a trace and require a fresh check.

03

Renew without losing the date.

Start renewal work while the existing expiry stays unchanged. Record a new document deliberately; the prior dates and renewal events remain in history.

A PLAN WORTH KEEPING

Share a smaller
picture.

Choose profiles and documents, preview a redacted PDF, then share or print it.

Last-four fields are omitted from the sheet. Nicknames, issuer labels, dates and user-check status are still personal information. A separate full JSON backup preserves your complete metadata.

Useful with reminders off, too.

The household board and printable planning sheet remain available offline. Opt-in local notifications use generic text, schedule the nearest 60 prompts and rebuild when you reopen the app. Delivery is not guaranteed.

All app features are included in a single paid download. No subscription, in-app purchases or document-count upgrade. iOS/iPadOS 17 or later.
